These gorgeous faceted speckled ceramic cups are wheel thrown with iron rich stoneware clay then faceted on the outside and glazed with Shino glaze. They are fired in a reduction atmosphere creating beautiful variation in the glaze, where the glaze is thinner there can be rich iron colour spotting through the glaze and white or cream where the glaze is thicker. They are designed for cappuccinos, hence the name ;) They will make the perfect addition to your tea or coffee routine.
